We cannot fully comprehend another's plight because our situations were designed specifically based on who we are and our ability to endure. While we cannot fully comprehend it, we still can be a little understanding and less judgmental.
We respond in varied ways to different events in our lives. Some of us internalize it while others more openly express it. Being private is okay, but it's not good to keep certain emotions or issues bottled up. Holding it all in can be a detriment to your health. If it's hard to confide in someone, then invest in a journal and write about what you're going through...it's therapeutic.
We all go through hardship, but we do not have to go at it alone, or allow it to take over our lives and kill us.
