Always remember those who are there for you in good and bad times, make a mental note that they need you too. There are many ways you can show appreciation, it can be small gestures like a thoughtful message. No one is strong all the time, even if they pretend to be. Some of us just find it more difficult to open up, so in your comings and goings remember to be kind with a smile and lend a helping hand.
Take a stand for the weak and feeble minded. Be the motivator, the inspirer. Be someone's strength when they are weak.
Remember, someone needs you.
